This year I am actually going to make some resolutions. I feel like lately I have been floundering without any real goals. The key to the success of these resolutions will be being flexible and reflection back on them as the year progresses. I also will be keeping myself accountable with all of you for most of these. So without further ado here are my resolutions:
1. Be in the Word daily. I use Tabletalk for this and actually want to finish a whole years worth this year. I will be writing out my SOAPs on the Bible reading plan in a year from Tabletalk. I am a little behind but will be posting the first few days of January soon.
2. Exercise at least 3x per week. I have to start slow with this because I am way out of shape and because of my back issues.
3. Record what I eat daily. This one will be tough but I know it is key to living a healthy life.
For me that is it for this year. Sure I have lots of others plans and goals but those are the BIG three for me. Notice this year I did not say I want to lose weight or set an amount of pounds to lose. Instead I am focusing on a couple of healthy habits that should bring about a healthier me.

I don’t like to make resolutions anymore. But I did decide that I want to make sure that I read my Bible every day as best I can and to just be more active. I want to just plain get up and get things done.
Getting up is quite the goal when pregnant.
